Had an amazing New Year experience! The hotel had a wonderful beach area with clear water full of corals and fish, perfect for snorkeling. The staff were friendly and always ready to provide excellent service. The location was great, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We also enjoyed the variety of food options offered, especially the nicely prepared fish dishes.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, with many buildings closed and some construction sites not properly secured. This caused a minor safety issue when my wife had a near accident by a poolside grill that was not properly fixed.

Hungry Duck, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. There was a free WiFi. Free parking nearby was provided. We really enjoyed golden 5 emerald resort.

Helpful staff and located about a 15-minute walk from Senzo Mall. Our stay was just as good as usual! 😊

The location of the resort is great, with easy access to the beach and activities such as snorkeling at Top Marine and visiting Giftun Island. the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of options to cater to everyone's preferences. the resort provides excellent facilities, such as a water park and conference facilities.
One negative aspect is the lack of accurate communication with guests prior to arrival, which can lead to confusion and unexpected expenses.

Had a fantastic experience during my recent business trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering a great pool and beach area. the location was also perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
I did notice that the food options were limited. the air conditioning in my room seemed to struggle at times, making sleeping a bit difficult.
